Derpy Pony!! 
Soooo...I decided to check out the MLP merch at Kmart the other day and saw a pony there that kind of resembled the epic derpy pony. (for those interested, it was 'Lily Blossom')
I went back the next day and bought it and then wiped her butt and face clean and made it into a custom derp! Oh and gave it a bit of a hair cut too X"D lol
Now I have my own little derpy!
